Job summary

SSC Services For Education in partnership with the University of Kentucky is seeking a full-time Facilities Systems Technician in Lexington, KY. The role develops knowledge of electronic control systems, HVAC and BAS field devices, and supports installation and maintenance of BAS networks.

You will work with facilities maintenance staff, use test equipment such as Tridium and meters, troubleshoot building systems, and provide timely service to UK Enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facility systems
• Technician experience required

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of electronic control systems, HVAC, and BAS field devices and related network infrastructure.
• Participates in investigation, installation, and maintenance of BAS field devices.
• Supports BAS/BACnet systems, including Fire Alarm/Elevator/Swisslog/Predictive Emissions.
