Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Working knowledge of building maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Ability to see colors, shades, and brightness; work in varied lighting.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; assemble using written instructions.
• Ability to handle emergencies with or without supervision.
• Must have valid TX driver license and auto insurance to be designated as an authorized driver.
• Ability to operate and handle machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC, and lighting repairs.
• Inspect and maintain facility safety and regulatory compliance; stock supplies for upkeep.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair facility vehicles and ensure registrations and inspections are current.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance tasks, projects, and emergencies.
• Assist with barn upkeep, animal enclosures, and health monitoring as required.
• Perform after-hours maintenance and respond to emergencies; assist during evacuations.
