Job summary

ROMARK in Lancaster, TX is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee safe, reliable operation of a highly automated distribution center. You will manage day‑to‑day maintenance, HVAC and building systems, and coordinate with engineers to maximize uptime.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 5–7 years of facilities leadership, and experience with automated warehouses. You will lead preventive maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 5–7 years facilities leadership experience.
• Experience supporting automated distribution centers or modern logistics operations.
• Strong written and oral communication with attention to detail.
• Experience managing contractors in electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Experience with robotics or automated warehouse systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations and maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems for uptime.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX requests, and vendor performance.
• Ensure OSHA, NFPA, and local regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with automation vendors and controls engineers to maximize uptime.
