Job summary

Romark is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities Department at our Hazleton, PA campus. The role oversees daily maintenance of warehouse, office areas, utilities, and building systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 5–7 years of facilities leadership, and experience with automated distribution centers or robotics. CMMS familiarity and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive facilities leadership experience.
• Experience supporting automated distribution centers or robotics.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance vendors.
• CMMS experience; strong MS Office/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse, office, grounds, and building systems operations.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and safety systems.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and CMMS records.
• Oversee budget, vendor management, and capital projects for facilities.
• Coordinate with Safety and Operations to minimize disruption and ensure compliance.
