Qualifications

• At least 2 years of cleaning and stocking experience.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned area and identify improvement opportunities.
• Basic computer skills including email and spreadsheets preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hours are 8:00–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime.
• Energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of an ~85,000-square foot corporate office facility.
• Provide excellent customer service to team members, clients, and visitors.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and entrances.
• Keep stock in kitchens, coffee areas, and restrooms.
• Report maintenance or cleanliness concerns promptly.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Assist with mail and package deliveries and office moves as needed.
• Occasional travel to other Gray facilities within Lexington.
