Job summary

The Donohoe Companies, Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager for a large Washington DC facility near Union Station.

You will coordinate building-related infrastructure, interface with tenants, property management, engineering staff, and vendors, and support PMs with daily tasks. This role requires 3+ years in PM/Assistant PM positions, an associate degree in FM or related field, and ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Assistant PM/PM role at a large facility
• Associate degree in facility management or related field
• Experience with federal/state office buildings desirable
• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate building-related infrastructure projects and tenant alterations
• Regularly interface with tenants, Tenant Representatives, Property Management, Engineering Staff and vendors
• Obtain cost estimates, prepare quotes, and issue purchase orders as required
• Provide technical reviews for approvals and ensure compliance with standards and tenant requirements
• Maintain CMMS, schedules, and deliverables with on-time reporting
