As a Facility Assistant II at Charter Communications, you will support the daily operations of our facility locations. Your responsibilities include ensuring the smooth functioning of the building and infrastructure through various support tasks. Your understanding of corporate facility operations allows you to perform general maintenance on the facility and office equipment.

In this fast-paced environment, prompt and efficient responses to requests are essential. Your customer service skills and professionalism will help maintain high service standards and foster positive interactions with stakeholders. Support daily operations by completing assigned tasks efficiently, prioritizing requests, and delivering excellent customer service.

As a Facility Assistant II, your contributions will help ensure seamless facility operations and enhance stakeholder experiences.

WHAT OUR FACILITIES ASSISTANTS ENJOY MOST
  • Supporting efforts to improve the customer experience
  • Maintaining order and organization in common areas
  • Providing effective customer service to building occupants
  • Completing daily and weekly facility-related tasks such as acting as a receptionist, mailroom clerk, or clerical assistant
  • Ensuring conference/meeting rooms are properly equipped and maintained
  • Assisting with conference room requests, reservations, catering, and signage
  • Managing the Outlook calendar for meeting rooms
  • Monitoring and restocking inventory in breakrooms, mailrooms, and supply cabinets
  • Ensuring office equipment is operational and troubleshooting issues
  • Escorting vendors and service providers during repairs or installations
  • Supporting campus moves and company functions
  • Maintaining up-to-date floor plans and documentation
  • Monitoring building access
  • Performing other assigned duties
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Effective time and resource management
  • Positive attitude and professionalism
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Experience with standard office equipment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Occasional overtime
