Job summary

SGS Technologies is seeking a reliable Facilities Associate to support the day-to-day operations of two office facilities in Pittsburgh, PA. This entry-level role offers training and a structured schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.

The ideal candidate will perform light cleaning, restock supplies, assist with maintenance, and help with conference room setups while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Prior facilities experience is not required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided for all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of office facilities.
• Restock coffee stations, soda machines, kitchen supplies, and other common area essentials.
• Assist with light facility maintenance and minor repairs as directed.
• Move and organize office materials, supplies, furniture, and equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to employee requests regarding facility-related needs.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and report maintenance concerns to the Facilities Manager.
• Support conference room setups and office events when needed.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors.
• Complete daily, weekly, and special projects assigned by the Facilities Manager.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
