Job summary

DSV is seeking a Facility Assistant/Janitor in Pooler, GA to maintain clean offices, conference spaces, and storage areas. You will handle routine cleaning, room setup, and waste management within a warehouse environment.

The role requires at least six months of similar work experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures. Forklift training is preferred; basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a similar role.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse; temperatures can range from mild to moderate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain offices, cubical, conference rooms, restrooms, and other office spaces in clean and orderly fashion.
• Prepare conference rooms with coffee, drinks, and food when required.
• Maintain Storage areas neat and clean; keep exterior grounds clean.
• Empty trash receptacles in the warehouse daily.
• Maintain floors daily to ensure cleanliness; post hazard information as needed.
• Handle materials and equipment used in housekeeping duties.
