Job summary

Aprilaire in Poynette, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Assistant for the 3rd shift to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workplace. The role supports daily facility operations, including housekeeping, supply coordination, and basic maintenance tasks.

You will work Sun–Thu 11pm–7am, assist with event setups, and coordinate with Admin and HR teams. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 30 pounds, and communicate using Outlook for inter-building correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas and maintain overall site upkeep.
• Maintain kitchen/breakroom areas, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Assist with groundskeeping and workspace setups for office moves.
• Support meeting/event setups with the Admin and HR teams (tables, food, trash, etc.).
• Follow special sanitation and cleaning protocols as required.

Overview

We’re currently on the look out for a detail-oriented Facilities Assistant-3rd shift to help keep our workplace running smoothly.

In this role you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including coordinating office services, monitoring supplies and equipment, and ensuring a safe and well maintained environment for employees and visitors.

Location: Poynette, WI (only 20 minutes from Sun Prairie)

Shift: Sun-Thur 11pm-7am (reliable and predictable shift)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, interior glass cleaning, trash removal, and overall upkeep


• Maintain kitchen and breakroom areas, including washing dishes, loading/unloading the dishwasher, cleaning sinks and faucets (including deliming), and grout cleaning as needed


• Support general groundskeeping and assist with office moves and workspace setups


• Partner with the Administrative and Human Resources team to support meeting and event setup and breakdown (tables, food, trash, etc.)


• Follow and apply special sanitation and cleaning protocols as required
