Community Solutions for Children, Families, and Individuals is seeking a Facilities Assistant in Gilroy, CA for full-time, non-exempt work under the Facilities Manager. The role covers maintenance across agency buildings, grounds, and equipment at multiple Santa Clara County locations, with evening/weekend on-call rotation and driving between sites.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, and basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, frequently stand/walk, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs. Work is performed in office, housing, or community environments where staff and clients are present daily.
This position requires working at various Agency and housing locations in Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister, and San Jose.
