The pay for this position starts at $15.00 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactively identifies and responds to facilities-related needs, including repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep. Inspects credit union facilities and grounds; conducts necessary maintenance and repairs and schedules vendors for maintenance and repairs when needed.
• Performs light maintenance and repairs including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. May assist with cleaning as needed.
• Serves as primary contact for vendors and contractors. Ensures work is completed in a timely manner.
• Assists with the organization's security program. Monitors security camera equipment, performs user access changes in alarm systems, and maintains physical keys and key logs.
• Maintains the ticket system used for facility requests. Provides updates to employees and escalates issues when needed.
• Performs weekly equipment cleaning, including ATMs, drive-ups, and night depositories.
• Purchases and inventories office and cleaning supplies, printed materials, and other items as needed. Maintains organization of storage areas.
• Serves as credit union courier. Picks up and delivers documents and packages at various locations on a regular schedule and as needed.
• Maintains credit union vehicles, arranges for scheduled maintenance, and keeps vehicles clean and in good working order.
• Responds to requests in a timely, friendly, and respectful manner. May be required to respond to facility issues after hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Knowledge of facility and building systems, including maintenance and repair. Experience in building trades preferred.
• Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
• Work is generally performed in an office environment, and travel throughout the local area is required daily. Outdoor work in some weather conditions is sometimes required.
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally will need to respond to after hours facility issues.
