Job summary

Shafer Services Plus is seeking a hands-on facilities leader to own fixed assets including facilities, fleet, tools, and inventory. You will supervise a Warehouse Clerk, establish written standards for vehicle cleanliness and inventory control, and conduct regular fleet/tool audits.

You will also coordinate preventive maintenance, manage purchasing and vendor relationships, and partner with Operations leadership to scale a growing warehouse and facilities team in Central and South Texas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities management, fleet management, asset management, or related leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own fixed assets: facilities, fleet, tools, inventory, and purchasing; report to Director of Operations.
