The Opportunity:As a physical space manager, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail is cru cia l when overseeing the life cycle of a project. As a seasoned facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client e nga gement expertise to impact projects that will provide expertise, guidance, consult ation, facilitation, and thought leadership to the customer and project team for a physical space planning and management program of services. We need someone like you who is eager to oversee complex projects that develop and maintain comprehensive physical space management capabilities for analysis at multiple locations.As a facilities professional on our team, you’ll lead challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end. Using computer- related facilities management sof tware and your problem-solving skills, you’ll work with a team to develop creative solutions to create and update implementation plans that monitor desk or office vacancies, equipment allocation, seating optimization, and emergency support needs. In this role, you’ll work in collaboration and coordination with government partners to assist with crafting space management policies , procedures, and standards.With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. The physical space planner works without considerable direction, and they mentor or supervise team members.What You’ll Work On:Lead analyses and solution development for physical space planning and management.Conduct in-depth reviews of an analysis physical space program and help establish corporate governance forums.Integrate data to accurately depict the analysis footprint and dynamically visualize space- related activities.Design and maintain a Tableau dashboard that provides weekly data updates on space requirements, real-time footprint, costs, risks, and challenges.Perform complex activities related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization for physical space projects.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
