The Opportunity:This position serves as the Subject Matter Expert within the Secure Space Operations Group (SSOG). SSOG supports secure space strategic planning and specializes in ICD 705, TEMPEST, and Department of Defense secure space retrofits and construction. The Senior SME provides technical leadership and authoritative guidance across the full lifecycle of planning, design, construction, and accreditation for a portfolio of SCIFs, SAPFs, Restricted Areas, and DoD Collateral Open Storage facilities. With a large existing portfolio of Secure Spaces, and many ongoing projects, the Senior SME will manage complex, concurrent efforts and partner closely with Booz Allen stakeholders, including leadership, government sponsors, and program managers and align cross agency requirements to deliver integrated secure space solutions.The SME also plays a key role in building the security workforce by managing physical and technical security SMEs and by developing CSSO, CPSO, and FSO staff across Industrial and Program Security. The role drives standardization of artifacts and processes and provides authoritative guidance to strengthen performance and alignment across the security workforce.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,300.00 to $233,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
