Qualifications

  • Experience interpreting statutory and regulatory requirements and drafting formal documentation
  • Experience drafting policy drafts, handbooks, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Experience developing congressional-level decision packages or audit-related real estate documents
  • Knowledge of real estate management principles, NDAA provisions, or DoW Instruction 4165.70
  • Ability to coordinate meeting logistics and produce polished meeting documentation

Responsibilities

  • Oversee life cycle of a project with a focus on installation management and real estate policy.
  • Track enterprise-level real estate actions and draft policy based on DoW and guidance.
  • Prepare congressional-level briefing packages and support audit-readiness documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management/Engineering/Construction Management/Business Administration
Master’s degree in Real Estate/Planning/Public Administration or related field
10+ years of experience in real property, real estate policy, facility management, or installation-level asset management
Secret clearance
Policy drafting and real estate documentation
Experience developing congressional-level decision packages

The Opportunity:As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship-building and keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
