First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Facilities and Parking Administrator to serve as the administrative backbone for the FNBO Buildings Division, supporting senior leadership and driving enterprise parking operations across multiple locations.
The role demands highly organized, proactive professionals who manage complex projects, schedules, and communications with accuracy and discretion. Hybrid work arrangement and engagement with cross-functional teams are integral to the role.
Summary of the Job: The Facilities and Parking Administrator serves as the primary point of contact and operational backbone for the Senior Vice President and the FNBO Buildings Division. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes ownership of complex, multi-faceted responsibilities, including enterprise-wide parking operations and support for high-visibility division projects.
Serve as the administrative cornerstone of the FNBO Buildings Division, delivering high-quality support that enables leadership and staff to operate at peak effectiveness.
Lead the administration of FNBO's parking program, overseeing 2,500+ parking assignments, access cards, and stalls across multiple locations. Serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Function as a key contributor on high-impact division projects, providing organized, detail-oriented administrative support from initiation through completion.
Provide reliable backup support for the Facilities Service Desk, ensuring continuity of operations during absences or peak demand periods.
Provide backup support with third-party vendors to manage utility account setups for new locations and closures.
Four-year degree in Business Administration or a related field, and/or a minimum of 5 years of progressive administrative experience in a professional environment.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with particular strength in:
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation: Base pay range: $47,613.00-$78,560.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Hybrid capacity: in-person collaboration three days a week with remote flexibility two days a week. Location is subject to change based on business needs.
