GENERAL PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to support store development initiatives and ensure successful daily operations by overseeing the maintenance of Harmons' buildings, properties, and assets. Working closely with the Vice President of Store Development, this role is responsible for cost-effective project management through vendor coordination and relationship building to maintain a positive environment.

Training & Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or GED; a college degree in relevant fields is preferred; certifications in key maintenance areas are advantageous. Physical/Sensory Demands:
Work involves both office and site environments, requiring physical activities such as lifting, bending, and maneuvering objects up to 50 pounds, with exposure to varying conditions.
