Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning and maintains standards throughout the day.
• Routine building maintenance.
• Disinfects shared items such as workstations, tables, and countertops.
• Completes daily checklists to track task completion.
• Supports employee amenities by preparing coffee and restocking free drinks.
• Empties trash and recycling bins.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors as needed.
• Responds to health and safety hazards (spills, leaks, etc.).
• Notifies management of repairs needed for facilities or equipment.
• Completes daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Work with contract cleaning services when necessary.

Job Overview

As a Facilities Technician, you will ensure the company is able to function effectively in its day-to-day operations through routine cleaning and cultivation of a safe and sanitary work environment. Ideal candidates must be able to self-motivate, work under minimal supervision, and complete professional development that leads to promotion.

This is a full-time position with predominately daytime, weekday hours. Occasional non-standard shifts may be required before or after federal holidays
