Qualifications

• At least two years of maintenance experience in hotels, hospitals, or similar.
• One year of supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Experience in refinishing woodwork with staining and lacquering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians for quality results.
• Assist with training and support of maintenance technicians.
