The Facilities Administrator reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with the Operations Leadership Team to coordinate and oversee projects that support Tampa Family Health Centers’ operational goals.
This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing projects focused on process improvements, efficiency gains, system upgrades, and organizational growth. The Facilities Administrator coordinates internal and external resources, monitors project timelines and budgets, addresses project obstacles, and helps ensure projects are completed according to established quality standards.
This position frequently requires sitting and communication and occasionally requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, twisting, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds. The role requires sustained concentration, sound decision-making, and the ability to operate effectively in an environment that may include moderate-to-loud noise, open workspaces, distractions, and potential exposure to infectious conditions. Please note that the employee's initial training schedule may differ from the regular schedule of the position. All new hires, including part-time employees, must be available for up to 40 hours of in-person, on-site training during their first week. Additional mandatory training may continue for approximately two to three weeks, depending on the position and training requirements. Training may take place at a TFHC location other than the employee's assigned work location.
