The Facility Coordinator I is responsible for supporting the operational and administrative functions of facility management at a care site level. Reporting to a Facility Manager, this role provides essential support in office management, employee onboarding, staff training, and work coordination.

Provides day-to-day administrative support in office and facility operations.
Manages office functions including supply orders, scheduling, and documentation.
Organizes and maintains onboarding procedures for new employees, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Coordinates staff training schedules and assists in tracking completion and documentation.
Serves as a liaison between facility staff and leadership for administrative matters.
Supports Manager or Facility Coordinator with special projects and facility initiatives as needed.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
