Job summary

The University of St. Thomas is seeking a Coordinator III in the Facilities Management Department to oversee the service desk and related administrative functions on the Saint Paul campus, reporting to senior leadership.

You will supervise student staff, coordinate workflows, manage data entry and records, support onboarding and payroll processes, and assist in scheduling and event reporting across campus facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of administrative support experience.
• Ability to make prudent, quick decisions in a fast-paced office.
• Experience handling customer interactions via phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Manages the facilities service desk operations and oversees student workers.
• Supports the VP/FM and Directors with daily administrative tasks.
• Onboarding and hiring support, payroll data accuracy for staff.
• Payroll data entry, records management, and procurement support.
• Assists with scheduling, events, and generating reports for facilities.
