We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corridor Specialist to support facility management, acquisition, and operations within a dynamic federal program environment. This role is critical in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and oversight of maintenance, repair, and acquisition activities across multiple facilities and corridors.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Program Support
- Assist Program and Project Managers with acquisition planning, documentation, and milestone tracking.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and other acquisition documents in compliance with FAR, HSAR, and agency-specific regulations.
- Conduct market research and prepare Determination of Findings and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).
- Prepare Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and lifecycle cost analyses.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for cost estimation, including training and quality assurance.
Funding & Budget Management
- Track and report on project funding and budgets using SAP and TRIRIGA.
- Submit Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs) and coordinate with financial partners on funding status.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records and reports.
Data & Documentation Management
- Manage MRO program data, including facility deficiencies, contracts, and building systems.
- Maintain documentation in TRIRIGA and SharePoint.
- Coordinate with corridor managers and financial analysts to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in facility management, acquisition support, or related field.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR, HSAR) and cost estimation practices.
- Proficiency in SAP, TRIRIGA, and SharePoint preferred.
