GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking an Account Manager responsible for direct oversight of the janitorial team and daily client service within a facility in the Indianapolis area. You will design shifts, train staff, and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

The role requires 2+ years of progressive management experience in janitorial services, strong communication, and excellent attention to detail.

• 2+ years of progressively increasing management experience in janitorial industry.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and train the janitorial staff in the building.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Address customer concerns or complaints and ensure closure on issues.
• Onboard and provide training for new employees.
• Lead by example by performing janitorial duties as trainees observe.
• Handle employee relations or performance issues and report to management/HR.
• Identify need for special projects and communicate to management.
• Review timekeeping and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory.
• Respond to calls as needed.
• Enforce safety policies and report accidents.
• Complete required training courses.
