The candidate should bring 3+ years in facility services management, 2 years in terminal hospital cleaning, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive results and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience.
• 2 years' experience in terminal hospital cleaning.
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.
• Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client.
• Ability to analyze issues and create solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, coaching and training Team Members.
• Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact.
• Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules.
• Implement 4M Operational Playbook.
• Maintain accurate building/facility records.
• Promote a safe work environment.
