Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking an Account "Facilities" Manager to oversee janitorial services on the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday from 4pm to 12:30am. The role requires directing team members, coordinating with the client, and ensuring a high standard of cleaning and safety across a major account.

The candidate should bring 3+ years in facility services management, 2 years in terminal hospital cleaning, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive results and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience.
• 2 years' experience in terminal hospital cleaning.
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.
• Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client.
• Ability to analyze issues and create solutions.

As the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client. Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
