Job summary

The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Facilities Director to lead the day-to-day operation of our owned commercial office building, oversee capital improvements, and strengthen vendor and tenant relationships. The Facilities Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the Chamber's owned commercial office building while overseeing capital improvements, vendor partnerships, tenant relationships and long-term facilities planning.

You'll work closely with leaders across the organization to ensure our facilities remain safe, welcoming and prepared to support the people and programs that drive the Chamber's mission.

What you'll own

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Chamber's commercial office building.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone who brings:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, commercial property operations, construction management or a related field.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A customer-first mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience managing a multi-tenant commercial property is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:
$110,000-$125,000 annually
