Job summary

System One is seeking a Program Manager to lead a FACETS transformation initiative within the healthcare payer space, consolidating legacy claims platforms into a unified FACETS environment. You will oversee cross‑functional teams across business, technology, operations, and vendors to drive milestones, risk management, and readiness for go‑live.

Candidates should have strong governance, executive communication, and experience with large‑scale, complex transformations in Hybrid/Waterfall/Agile

Qualifications

Experience leading large healthcare payer programs.
Hands‑on FACETS (NASCO FACETS) experience including claims systems.
Strong governance, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end program governance including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and change control.
Align business and tech teams across operations, configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and release management.
Facilitate executive communications via weekly status meetings and steering committees.
Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external vendors to meet milestones.
Develop cutover, transition, training, communications, and hypercare readiness plans.
Monitor program health using KPIs, milestones, and risk mitigation metrics.
Identify and mitigate risks and drive timely issue resolution and decisions.
