Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale implementation, migration, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technology.
• Strong planning, governance, RAID management, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing offshore and onsite delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration workstreams across Facets implementation, migration, and transformation programs.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, release schedules, and roadmaps to ensure successful program execution.
• Coordinate activities across configuration, business analysis, testing, migration, and deployment teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation activities.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, and client stakeholders to align project objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee release planning, implementation readiness, and production deployment activities.
• Deliver executive status reporting, governance updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
