What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and maintain FACETS modules, including benefits, provider contracts, and pricing structures using tools like NetworX
- Implement changes to support new products and agreements, ensuring compliance with business needs and regulatory standards
- Conduct data mining and requirement analysis to configure pricing and automate claims processing
- Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement policies and collaborate with vendors and enterprise teams
- Document configuration changes and work with cross-functional teams on requirements and solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong healthcare domain knowledge, particularly in healthcare terminology
- Expertise in FACETS configuration, including benefits, provider pricing, and workflow
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of healthcare claims processing and regulations
- Ability to work independently and effective collaboration and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading and mentoring others
- Familiarity with Core FACETS batch jobs and EDI transactions (834 and 837)
- Experience in an Agile environment
