Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on with the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• Experience supporting FACETS implementations, regulatory mandates, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for FACETS Provider, Network, and Pricing initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate provider operations and reimbursement requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across SDLC to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support FACETS implementation, migration, upgrades, and transformations.
