Zusammenfassung

UST is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) specializing in Membership and the TriZetto FACETS platform. The role covers enrollment and billing operations within a healthcare payer BPM environment.

You will lead requirements, model processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable FACETS solutions. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of BSA experience, deep FACETS knowledge, strong SQL skills, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
• 5+ years hands-on with TriZetto FACETS platform
• Healthcare payer and BPM domain experience
• Experience supporting FACETS implementations, regulatory mandates, upgrades, and modernization initiatives
• Ability to bridge business, technical, and BPM operations teams

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary BSA and SME for FACETS Membership, Enrollment, and Billing initiatives
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate complex requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into functional and technical specs
• Conduct impact assessments for regulatory mandates and system upgrades
• Develop business requirements documents, use cases, and data mapping documents
• Provide UAT support, defect triage, and post-implementation activities
• Support FACETS implementation, migrations, and process improvements
• Facilitate requirements workshops and solution reviews
