UST is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst focused on Membership for the TriZetto FACETS platform in Seattle. You will own enrollment and billing processes within a healthcare payer setting, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Role emphasizes SME-level FACETS expertise, regulatory impact analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with the TriZetto FACETS platform
• Extensive Healthcare Payer domain experience
• Proven experience supporting FACETS implementations, regulatory mandates, and upgrade projects
• SME-level expertise in FACETS Membership, Enrollment & Eligibility, Billing & Premium Management, FACETS Front-End, FACETS Batch Processing, FACETS Backend Data Models
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and solution design

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary BSA for FACETS Membership, Enrollment, and Billing initiatives
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate complex business and system requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into functional and technical requirements
• Perform impact assessments for regulatory mandates, enhancements, and upgrades
• Analyze Membership and Billing workflows to identify improvements
• Support FACETS implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation efforts
• Create BRDs, functional specs, process flows, use cases, and data mappings
• Conduct root cause analysis and solution assessments
• Coordinate with development, QA, architecture, and operations during design, testing, deployment
• Support UAT, defect triage, production validation, and post-implementation activities
• Facilitate workshops and solution reviews
• Provide production support for membership, enrollment, and billing issues
