Job DescriptionGraham Healthcare Group is hiring a
Face to Face Administrative Specialist II to join our dynamic team. The
Face to Face Administrative Specialist II responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of Hospice's face-to-face needs. Support/assist Hospice and Palliative team members to ensure face-to-face visits are assigned appropriately and completed on time. Assist the Palliative Administrative team with Palliative needs if they arise. This position can be remote, depending on location.
Face to Face Administrative Specialist II Responsibilities- Daily report management within HCHB to obtain upcoming face-to-face visits
- Manage Salesforce list that supports face-to-face scheduling
- Manage various communication channels for the team, including emails, phone, and Teams chats.
- Serve as a primary contact, advocate, and source of information for Hospice and Palliative field staff and Hospice operations.
- Assist in training new hires by developing training plans, materials, and schedules.
- Manage scheduling platforms, such as HCHB and Outlook.
- Collaborate with leadership to review current processes and assist in implementing process improvements.
- Understand and effectively communicate HIPAA compliance, corporate compliance, and client confidentiality.
Face to Face Administrative Specialist II Qualifications/Requirements:- A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in Palliative, Hospice, or Home Care preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred
- Medical records experience preferred Job Description
- HCHB experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork orientation
- Able to take and follow through with delegated tasks and accountability
- Resourcefulness in problem solving
- Proven data analysis skills with previous use of an electronic health record
- Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet the needs of the agency
