Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (Adult Education preferred) or related field.
• Valid NM Teaching License in Secondary, Alternative Education, or Adult Education.
• TESOL endorsement preferred.
• Two years experience as Adult Educator/Parent Educator/Liaison.
• Two years experience with FACE (Family And Child Education) program preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification for infant/child/adult.
• Navajo Nation Food Handler's permit.
• Bilingual in Dine & English preferred.
• Must have valid state driver's license.
• Must pass background checks for NM, Navajo Nation, and FBI.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Education (Adult Education preferred), or related field.

Valid New Mexico Teaching License in Secondary, Alternative Education, or Adult Education, with endorsements as applicable.

Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) endorsement preferred.

Two years experience as an Adult Educator, Parent Educator, Liaison, or related field preferred.

Two years experience working with FACE (Family And Child Education) preferred.

Must have or obtain -

• First Aid/CPR/AED certification for infant/child/adult
• Navajo Nation Food Handler's permit

Bilingual in Dine & English preferred.

Must have valid state-issued driver's license.

MUST be able to pass background checks for New Mexico state, Navajo Nation, and FBI prior to employment.
