KCI is seeking a Facades Engineering Project Manager to lead complex façade projects from concept through construction, partnering with architects, structural engineers and building science professionals to deliver high-performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or related field.
7+ years in façade engineering or related design/construction roles preferred.
PE license is required.
Excellent communication with clients and project partners.
Experience with site observations and construction coordination.

Responsibilities

Manage façade engineering projects from concept design through construction administration.
Coordinate and oversee the design/analysis of curtain wall, window wall, cladding, glazing, waterproofing, and enclosures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
Lead project planning, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource coordination.
Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field observations to support constructability and performance.
