Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Facades Engineering Project Manager to join our growing building envelope team. This role suits engineers who enjoy managing technically complex façade systems and partnering with clients from concept through construction.

You will lead projects, coordinate cross-disciplinary design, ensure performance and quality, and mentor junior staff. A PE license and strong communication are essential; opportunities for growth and involvement in proposals and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in façade engineering or building envelope roles.
• PE license required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage façade engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate design and analysis of curtain wall, glazing, and enclosure systems.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, and contractors.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Mentor junior engineers and support proposals and business development.
