Job summary

DeSimone is seeking a Façade Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of façade design and consultancy services across multiple projects. You will coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, consultants and the project team to ensure quality outcomes on schedule and within budget.

You will mentor junior staff, provide technical guidance, and engage in business development activities while maintaining strong client relationships and staying abreast of industry trends and codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field required.
• Licensure in Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with building envelope systems and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead façade design and delivery from planning through construction.
• Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and milestones; monitor progress.
