Job summary

Digital Building Components, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking an Estimator who will review and execute bids on multiple and/or complex projects, handling all cost elements from plans to supplier negotiations. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering/structural, or construction management with 10+ years related experience, plus 5+ years drywall estimating.

Strong communication and collaboration are essential. Relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, structural architecture, or construction management and/or 10+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years in drywall estimating (load-bearing structures experience highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide all cost elements relative to estimating and planning for a given project.
• Be able to propose alternate solutions relating to the scoping and cost of a project architectural finishes, cold-formed metal framing and/or light MEP systems.
• Provide all design/preconstruction phase services.
