Job summary

Building Blocks Facades seeks a Design Manager to guide the project design process and lead coordination across internal teams and clients. You will ensure schedules, design standards, and quality are met while developing in-depth project knowledge and maintaining strong client engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of facade design experience and leadership of design teams.
Proficiency with AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Rhino, CATIA, Tekla a plus; BIM/VDC familiarity.

Responsibilities

Oversee design process from kick-off to shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
Lead design development to generate options and finalize drawings for approval.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with schedules and standards.
Ensure design integration with manufacturing and installation requirements and industry standards.
Mentor and develop remote design team members.
