Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Facade Technician or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Install new exterior building facades according to blueprints and specifications.
• Repair damaged or deteriorating facades using appropriate tools and materials.
• Conduct regular maintenance on existing facades to ensure structural integrity and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure proper installation and design of facades.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working at heights or operating equipment.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for facade projects.
