Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Bottling Hickory is seeking a FAC/GRDS Maintenance Technician in Hickory, NC to keep our facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Conduct groundskeeping duties such as mowing, trimming, planting, and snow removal to maintain outdoor areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all maintenance operations.
