Job summary

Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a skilled plumber to support plumbing and maintenance tasks in our Wisconsin stores. You will handle drain cleaning, valve work, and water heater installations while coordinating time reporting and preventive maintenance across locations.

The role requires strong teamwork, good communication, and flexibility to cover varied shifts, including nights and weekends. Proficiency with Windows XP and MS Office helps, and a willingness to travel between stores is

Responsibilities

• Clean drains, repair and replace valves in toilets and install commercial water heaters.
• Submit accurate time and vehicle inventory reports via company computer programs.
• Perform preventive maintenance in assigned stores at least twice per year.
• Help ensure maintenance expenses meet annual budget guidelines.
• Adhere to essential functions with or without accommodation.

Desired Previous Job Experience

• General plumbing experience especially in food retail and/or commercial facilities.

Minimum Position Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment and a willingness to help all members of the department.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for cleaning drains, valve repair and replacements in toilets, repair and install commercial water heaters, and other minimal tasksassociated with plumbing.
• Complete and submit accurate reporting of time reporting and vehicle inventory by scheduled dates via company computer programs.
• Perform preventive maintenance in assigned stores at least twice per year.
• Ensure maintenance expense (by Account Code) in assigned stores meet annual budgetary guidelines.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
