Job summary

Beach Road Precision Manufacturing LLC. DBA Hardrock HDDP seeks a Fabrication & Welding Specialist to cut, fit, fabricate and weld metal components for equipment, tooling, frames, and customer projects.

You will support daily fabrication, welding, finishing, and production operations, reading drawings, operating fabrication equipment, and maintaining safety practices. The role involves heavy lifting, date entry for production logs, and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with MIG and/or stick welding.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Comfortable performing physical labor in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic fabrication and welding tasks using MIG, TIG and stick welding.
• Cut, grind, bevel, and prepare metals for welding.
• Fabricate components such as drill racks, tool baskets, stands, frames, reamer repairs, and HDD tooling repairs.
• Read tape measures and read calipers and micrometers.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine specifications and dimensions.
• Use power tools and welding machines to join metal parts.
• Load, unload, and move materials; perform data entry for job tracking and logs.

DBA Hardrock HDDP is seeking a Fabrication & Welding Specialist is responsible for cutting, fitting, fabricating, and welding metal components to build and repair equipment, tooling, frames, brackets, and customer projects. to support daily fabrication, welding, finishing, and production operations. This role supports the drilling services, CNC and maintenance departments. You must be skilled in reading drawings, operating fabrication equipment, maintaining safety practices, and delivering precise, durable results.
