Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MIG and TIG welding experience.

• Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Date entry for job tracking and production logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic fabrication and welding tasks using MIG, TIG and stick welding.
• Cut, grind, bevel, and prepare metals for welding.
• Fabricate components such as drill racks, tool baskets, frames and HDD tooling parts.
• Turn raw materials into finished products by cutting, bending, welding and shaping metal.

DBA Hardrock HDDP is seeking a **Fabrication & Welding Specialist** is responsible for cutting, fitting, fabricating, and welding metal components to build and repair equipment, tooling, frames, brackets, and customer projects. to support daily fabrication, welding, finishing, and production operations. This role supports the drilling services, CNC and maintenance departments. You must be skilled in reading drawings, operating fabrication equipment, maintaining safety practices, and delivering precise, durable results.
