Beach Road Precision Manufacturing LLC. seeks a Fabrication & Welding Specialist to cut, fit, fabricate and weld metal components for equipment, tooling, frames and customer projects. You will read drawings, operate MIG/TIG/stick welders, and perform date entry for production logs in a busy shop.

The role involves heavy lifting and use of cutting torches, plasma cutters, saws and grinders in an indoor fabrication environment with a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Able to read tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
• Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Date entry for job tracking and production logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic fabrication and welding tasks using MIG, TIG and stick welding.
• Cut, grind, bevel, and prepare metals for welding.
• Fabricate components such as drill racks, tool baskets, frames and HDD tooling parts.
• Turn raw materials into finished products by cutting, bending, welding and shaping metal.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine specs and dimensions.
• Operate and maintain welding machines and shop tools safely.
• Load, unload, and move materials; heavy lifting required.
• Complete date entry for job tracking and production logs.
