Job description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Fabricator for a family-owned repair shop in Dane County!

This organization primarily works with the city on snow plow trucks, installing all equipment on the trucks. Minimal small engine work is performed in this shop.

Previous fabrication experience is required.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 5:30 am - 4:30 pm (flexible with schedule as long as it's consistent and 40 hours per week)

Wage:

$20.00 - $22.00/hour

Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret blueprints
2. Fabricate and weld pieces for trucks
3. Perform basic math and measuring
4. Follow work orders to ensure all pieces meet standards

Qualifications:

1. Fabrication experience
2. Welding experience is a plus
3. Mechanically inclined
