Direct Design and Fabrication in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Fabricator/Welder. In this role, you will play a key part in our production process, helping to create high-quality products for our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans to determine welding and fabricating requirements
2. Measure and cut materials to specific lengths using various tools and equipment
3. Weld and fabricate metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques
4. Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication
