Responsibilities include welding with Stick, TIG, MIG, and Flux-Core, interpreting shop drawings, cutting, fitting, grinding, and assembling components from aluminum, stainless steel, steel and other alloys while maintaining quality and safety standards in a collaborative, open culture.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of fabrication and welding experience.
• Proficient in multiple welding techniques across metal materials.
• Experience in industrial, custom fabrication, or structural environments preferred, with relevant certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:
